The real cost

You're running a micro agency. maybe it's 4 people. maybe 10. you have clients. each client has 3 to 8 competitors you're supposed to be watching.

What does "watching" mean? it means you're manually checking their websites every week. their pricing pages. their Twitter/X. their Reddit. you're doing this because the moment a competitor drops their price or launches a new feature, your client needs to know. so they can respond. so they don't get left behind.

But you're not actually watching. you're forgetting. or you're doing it at 11pm on Friday when you remember. or you're doing it for one client but not the other three. And the thing you miss is always the thing that mattered.

How fast Earlist fires a Slack alert when a high-intent signal lands

What Earlist does

Four signal types.
One Monday briefing.

Every signal, synthesised by AI, sent to your clients under your name every Monday morning. They never see the word Earlist.

Intent
They're looking to switch before they do
Reddit, Twitter/X, Slack communities. Someone posts "looking for a Figma alternative." Earlist finds it in 4 minutes. Your client sees it in the Monday brief. Thread still warm.
Price
Drops $79 to $49. You know before the thread goes cold.
Semantic diff, not "something changed." Earlist scrapes competitor pricing weekly, tells you exactly what moved and by how much. With an AI read on what it means for your client's positioning.
Review
New 1-star reviews firing faster than they're leaving
G2, Capterra, Trustpilot. Earlist watches for new reviews, surfaces the brutal ones, shows patterns. Helps you understand exactly what they're losing — and where your client wins.
Feature
They launched something. Now what?
GitHub releases, product launch posts, landing page updates. Earlist diffs the feature and explains what changed and why it matters to your clients. Before they ask you about it.
How it works

Up in 10 minutes.
Running forever.

No API keys. No onboarding call. No analyst to hire. Add competitors by URL and monitoring starts immediately.

01
Add competitors
You list 3 to 50 competitors depending on your plan. Earlist stores the URLs: their pricing page, their landing page, their repo if public, their social accounts. Takes two minutes.
→ Monitoring starts immediately
02
We watch
Every day. Every signal type. Intent signals fire within 5 minutes of posting. Price changes scrape weekly. Reviews daily. Features when they ship. You get notified in Slack or email the moment it happens.
→ Slack alert within 5 minutes for high-intent signals
03
Monday morning
The briefing lands. All of the week's signals, organised by competitor. AI-written insight per signal. Ready to forward to your clients under your sender name. Takes 2 minutes to read. Saves 8 hours of manual work.
→ Clients think you have a full research team

FAQ

Real questions.
Real answers.

Is this just another tool that sends me alerts?
No. Earlist surfaces intent signals — people actively looking to switch — within 5 minutes. Most monitoring tools show you changes days later. You need to know first, when the thread is warm and you can still respond.
My competitors are private. Can you still track them?
Depends. If they have public GitHub repos, a Product Hunt presence, Twitter, or any public signal surface, yes. If they're complete ghosts with no public footprint, no. We track what's public.
Do you auto-post to my clients?
No. The Monday briefing lands in your inbox or Slack. You read it. You decide what to send to clients and when. You stay in control. We just do the research.
Can I white-label the Monday briefing?
Yes, on all plans. You choose the sender name and domain. Your clients see your agency's name, never Earlist. It looks like your team produced it.
How long is the free trial?
14 days. Full feature access. No credit card. At day 14 it expires. No extension, no warning pop-up at day 7. Clean exit if it's not for you.
Can I add more competitors than my plan allows?
No. The limit exists because tracking 200 competitors is theatre. It's too much noise. Earlist keeps plans sane so your team actually acts on signals instead of drowning in them.
Is the founding member price lock real?
Yes. Enforced at the billing level. The first 100 paying customers are tagged as founding members and their price never changes regardless of what we charge later. The counter is pulled from our actual database.
What happens when a competitor goes offline?
Earlist stops tracking that competitor automatically. No alerts. No signal noise. Dead competitors are cleaned up after 30 days of zero signals.
Is my data safe?
Read-only access to everything we track. No credentials stored. Webhooks from Slack and email for alerts only. Cancel and data is deleted immediately. GDPR compliant.
Why pay for this instead of checking manually?
Because you won't. Or you will, but inconsistently, on your timeline, not theirs. Earlist costs $19–99/mo. One missed competitor move costs your client a deal. The math is brutally simple.
